My experience with MMS was a great one! The service I had done was done in a timely manner. They were knowledgeable and honest and caring! I was stressed when I first arrived due to my car issues, however I left feeling with all the kindness and caring from these employees which made me feel as if I was part of their family! They went above and beyond helpful. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

We have been bringing our Minis to Mark for about 10 or 12 yrs. He and his crew are the best!!!. This was the first time I brought my 07 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 though. The truck has been very good to me and I bought it used in 2012. I've only rplcd a front bearing 6 Mos after I purchased. It was time for a REAL tune up. MMS worked on it, unfortunately for about a week, because the parts were so hard to find and one was discontinued. They service manager kept me abreast of the progress/delays daily. They found things that were going to happen maybe 2-6 months from now. I truly appreciate the thoroughness of the crew there on my 4x4. It's runs WAY better than before and it was a reasonable amount paid for such excellent work.

Absolutely blown away by how amazingly kind and professional the whole team is at this shop! Great quality customer service is hard to find these days at any business but especially at auto mechanic shops especially as a single woman i have been scammed and treated as if my worth was less than a stray cat walking down Figueroa! To be treated with respect and kindness empathy I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop for your cars needs even luxury cars and you definitely won’t leave feeling belittled or robbed and cheated!!! That’s my word! Special shoutout to Jessie and Jez for all their help and kindness today really lifted my spirits!!! God Bless MMS automotive!!!

I was very pleased with the service at MMS Automotive. The technicians were very informative and thorough and they spoke in layman's terms so I could clearly understand the information that they gave me. The staff we're very kind and also very accommodating. I don't think this will happen with every customer but I was pleasantly surprised when they even gave me breakfast! LOL in short MMS Automotive provided a great experience and great service.
